Links with Our Community explained

Links with Our Community

At Teversham Church of England Primary School, we are delighted to be able to work closely with groups within our community and are constantly striving to develop our links further.

We treasure the times we spend in the Parish Church. These include our special Encounter Days, for different Christian festivals during the year, and our special Harvest, Christmas and Easter, and end of term services to which parents and community are invited. The church uses our school hall for different events and we are looking for more ways that we can work together. Rev Nick Moir leads Collective Worship for us in school regularly.

Hope Community Church meets in our school hall every Sunday morning and Pastor Matt Lillicrap regularly leads Collective Worship in school. Members of Hope Church support the school in a variety of ways, including as members of our Governing Body.

We are very grateful to other members of the local community who volunteer regularly in school, for example, developing and maintaining our Early Years garden.
