History - Stunning Start!
For our stunning start, the children were turned into Angles, Saxons, Jutes, Picts, Scots and Britons! They made their weaponry and thought about what they would need to take them to this new land. They re-enacted the story from the Romans leaving Britain to the invasion and settling of the Anglo-Saxons. We learnt where they came from and why they came.
