Friday 20th April STUNNING START PEREGRINE, EAGLE & HAWK CLASSES – IT’S A WONDERFUL WORLD – NATURAL DISASTERS In groups, the children researched information about ‘Natural Disasters’, such as: Tornadoes, Volcanoes, Tsunamis, Hurricanes, Landslides, Floods, Earthquakes, Meteor Showers, Wildfires, Avalanches and Droughts. They used oil pastels to depict their disaster and the Internet to research and record information.
Models of the Earth. In groups, the children made a model of the Earth. Red=inner core; orange=outer core; yellow=mantle;blue=Earth's crust.
Mask Making - Eagle Class have been studying 'Living Things and Their Habitats'. As part of this, we researched Endangered Animals. We have made masks that represent these animals and choreographed a dance. Enjoy!
